Prices double rooms and junior suite
- The rates quoted are per person and per night/week for a stay of at least 3 nights, otherwise we apply a surcharge of 10%.
- The tourist tax of € 3.20 per person and night (from 14 years onwards) is not included in the rates.
- Our rooms and junior-suites can be booked with halfboard “gourmet” or breakfast only.
- Surcharge for single occupancy € 45.00 per day.
Prices apartments
- The rates quoted are for 2 people and per night/week for a stay of at least 3 nights
- The tourist tax of € 3.20 per person and night (from 14 years onwards) is not included in the rates.
- The apartment rates include the parking space in the underground garage.
- Final cleaning: € 80.00
- On request:
– BREAKFAST ADULTS: € 20.00 per person/day
– BREAKFAST CHILDREN (UP TO 11 YEARS): € 14.00 per child/day
– DINNER ADULTS (5-course-gourmetmenu): € 35,00 per person/day
– DINNER CHILDREN (kids menu): € 15,00 per child/day
– DAILY CLEANING (EXCEPT FOR THE KITCHENETTE) WITH TOWEL CHANGE AND BED LINEN CHANGE EVERY 3 DAYS: season = € 15.00 / high season = € 20.00
– CLEANING (EXCEPT FOR THE KITCHENETTE) ON YOUR SELECTED DAYS WITH TOWEL CHANGE: season = € 25.00 / high season = € 30.00
– TOWEL CHANGE: season = € 4.00 / high season = € 6.00
For stays from 8 nights, your apartment will be cleaned once by us free of charge in the middle of your stay, and towels and bed linen will be changed.

In the double rooms or junior suites with two adults paying the full price, children and additional persons will get the following reductions on the current price list:
- 0 to 2 years of age 85%
- 3 to 6 years of age 75%
- 7 to 11 years of age 60%
- 12 to 17 years of age 50%
- 18 years of age 30% reduction per night.
Prices for children and additional persons from 2 persons in an apartment
In our apartments, the following prices are charged for children and additional persons from 2 persons in an apartment:
- children up to 6 years: € 22.00 per child per day
- children from 7 to 14 years: € 34.00 per child per day
- people aged 15 and over: € 42.00 per person per day
USEFUL INFORMATION
Useful information
- We offer our rich breakfast buffet until 11:00 am.
Any meals not taken won’t be refunded. - For a garage space we charge € 12.00 per day (the garage space is included if you book an apartment). The parking spaces in our outdoor parking are free of charge for our guests.
- Pets are only allowed on prior request.
- Check-in: from 2.00 p.m., if you plan to check-in after 7.00 p.m. we ask you to inform us in advance, otherwise we will cancel your reservation
Check-out: until 11.00 a.m. - Payment methods: cash (for EU citizens only up to € 4.999.99 per person), debit card, Visa and Mastercard.
- To confirm the reservation, we ask you to transfer 30% of the booked arrangement as a down payment on our bank account. Alternatively you can subscribe our trip cancellation insurance.
